An inspection was being made and all have gone to their residential blocks, citizens were to be faced against the wall while units searched them. It appears that behind a wall, a resistance member donning armor and an SMG came out of hiding to spontanously murder all of the units without any warning or roleplay. A few seconds after the units were killed, the player was banned permanently. At the time of the shooting, I began to run around and raised my fists to punch the player without handing out any damage. After attempting to punch the now banned player I was then frozen by a mod while exiting the building, blocking the entrance. Eventually asked LOOCly without response, a perma coming after about 13 seconds. Why you think you should be unbanned: I will be sincere, my action wasn't really the most subtle at that moment. While I do understand that such actions would result in a punishment, the severity for that was excessive. Looking through all of this, it was possible that the mod/operator that has applied the bans was in a moment of panic at the given situation. In my opinion, it has been mostly far too long over such an infraction. Have you been in trouble before? No previous offences.
